Abstract	采用响应曲面优化法优化湿陷性黄土注浆中的注浆材料并进行耐硫酸盐腐蚀性研究.以水灰比、粉煤灰等为考虑因素,2h析水率、3d及28d抗压强度为响应值,建立模型,并对浆液结石体进行耐硫酸盐腐蚀性及微观试验.结果表明:水灰比0.8、粉煤灰掺量40%、无水硫酸钠掺量3. 11%、膨润土掺量4%,此时综合性能最佳,结石体3d、28d抗压强度分别为9. 5MPa和24. 7MPa,与预测值(8. 6MPa、23. 5MPa)相接近.响应曲面优化法能很好地预测试验结果,优化后的浆液结石体比纯水泥浆液结石体有更好的耐硫酸盐腐蚀性能.
