摘要 | A magnetic barrier topology structure was proposed to address the loss issue of linear permanent magnet vernier motors. By adding magnetic barriers to the secondary salient teeth, the secondary has a guiding effect on the flow of magnetic flux, reduces eddy current losses, and improves the magnetic field modulation ability of the motor. On this basis, a magnetic barrier linear permanent magnet vernier motor was designed, and the thrust performance of the motor was optimized using the response surface methodology (RSM) orthogonal method. Firstly, by conducting sensitivity analysis on the motor, significant variables were determined. Secondly, a fitting model was established between the optimization target response and significant variables using the RSM method, and its fitting accuracy was evaluated. Finally, based on the model, orthogonal experiments were conducted, and range analysis was performed on the data from the orthogonal experiments to obtain the optimal structural parameters of the motor. The finite element experimental results show that the motor performance is significantly improved by using the RSM orthogonal optimization method, which can save optimization time and improve optimization efficiency.
