Study on method for measuring the regurgitant volume of cardiac valve prostheses under unsteady-flow condition

摘要This paper presented a new method for measuring regurgitant volume of Cardiac valve prostheses, that used unsteady flow instead of steady flow, deducted the elevation condition for application (ECA) of the method, established nonlinear differential equations of unsteady flow by Lagrange integral, studied it by numerical analysis, and analyzed the measurement error. The experimental results showed that the measuring precision is about 2.27%, if the ECA is satisfied and the ratio of cross sectional areas of valve and test tube is smaller than 3.422%.
