| 摘要 | 自动换刀装置性能的好坏直接影响着加工中心的加工质量，而ATC（Automatic Tool Changer自动换刀装置）的稳定性对于保证产品的加工精度和质量又起着至关重要的作用。本文在充分调研国内外ATC发展及其研究现状的基础上，对现有的换刀机构进行了改进，提高了自动换刀系统的高速性、准确性和可靠性等特性，重点研究了液压系统对换刀系统稳定性的影响，并对其进行了改造。 |
| 其他摘要 | The performance of automatic tool changing has a direct impact on the processing quality of the machining center.The stability of the ATC plays a vital role on ensuring precision and quality of the product.This article invested the development of ATC in domestic and international.It improved the tool changer,improving the speed,accuracy,high efficiency and reliability and improved its stability.The paper focused on the impact of the hydraulic system on tool change system stability,and its transformation. |
