摘要	本文在消除流媒体系统异构性的基础上融入了Web Service的调度策略，此策略首先对满足用户需求的所有Web Service封装的资源进行性能分析，提取服务器的CPU负荷、内存使用率和网络带宽等关键因素值，根据服务需求和功能的差异，对三个因素值赋予不同的权值，最终得到一个性能值。调度策略根据符合需求的各个资源性能值选定最优资源，并将服务请求绑定到资源所对应的流媒体服务器，根据服务器所提供的Web Service端口调用Web服务。经过实践验证，该方案能够均衡系统中各服务器的负载，提高按需扩展系统的服务能力。
其他摘要	Based on the elimination of heterogeneity bring in scheduling strategy of Web Service into the system,this strategy performance analysis all the Web Service servers that meet client needing and extract the three values of the server CPU load,memory utilization and network band width,then according to the service function of the differences,the three factor values are given different weights,and ultimately get a performance value,based on server performance value the scheduling strategy selects optimal server that meets the user needs,and finally by the server port of the Web Service to call a Web Service.Proven by the experiments,the program can realize load balancing between the servers,increase the system's service capacity.
