摘要	本文通过实际项目，对CASS池工艺有了更透侧的了解。通过OPC技术实现MATLAB与组态王的数据交换。使用MATLAB工具箱设计出BP神经网络控制器与PID控制器，通过该控制器对CASS池工艺中溶解氧浓度实现了精确、可靠的控制。按照实际项目的控制要求，在满足整个系统稳定可靠的前提下，进行硬件组态，控制系统以及上位监控组态画面的设计。
其他摘要	In this paper,the actual project,CASS pool process sewage treatment have a more transparent understanding of the side.MATLAB and Kingview data exchange via OPC technology.MATLAB toolbox designed BP neural network controller and PID controller,the dissolved oxygen concentration in the CASS pool technology to achieve accurate,reliable control by the controller.In accordance with the requirements of the actual control of the project to meet the whole system stable and reliable under the premise,hardware configurations,control systems and the design of the upper monitor configuration.
