| 摘要 | 锰粉的制备输送是冶炼及电解等基础工业的一个重要生产环节，其主要由破碎机、磨机、刮板机、提升机及称重设备等构成。本论文以某某有限公司的锰粉制备输送控制系统的开发设计为背景，借助于最新的可编程逻辑控制器技术、现场总线技术及组态软件技术，全面深入地讨论锰粉制备输送现场总线控制系统的设计及实现，着重研究锰粉颗粒度大小与输送带转速之间的关系及化合筒的精确加料等关键性问题，并结合其控制过程的自身特点，给出生产工艺设计的控制方案。 |
| 其他摘要 | The preparation and delivery of powder is an important basic industries,it is constituted of the crushers,mills,scraper machine,elevators and the equipments of weighing.The background of this paper is a developing and designing of the control system of preparation and delivery via XX Co.,Ltd.,by means of the lastest programmable logic controller technology,fieldbus technology and configuration software technology,in-depth discussion of the design and implementation of control system via transportation fieldbus of ore,the relationship of particle size of manganese powder and belt speed,precision feeding as the critical issues that we are studying.In the same time,combined with the inherent characteristics of its equipment,the control program of processing design was given. |
