摘要	本文通过对目前国内外市场钻杆排放机械的研究，参考海洋钻井平台钻杆自动排放系统的结构及工作原理，对陆地钻机钻杆排放设备的结构、工作原理、进行说明。同时结合我国实际生产和研发状况，探讨ZJ50D型钻杆自动排放系统的设计方案。通过对钻杆自动排放系统的结构设计和仿真分析，确定具体的结构形式，对钻杆自动排放系统的主要部件进行了设计及计算。结构设计的主要部分包括支撑部分、回转桅杆部分和悬臂部分的设计。
其他摘要	Through research domestic and foreign markets drill pipe racking mechanical,refer to structure and working principle of the offshore drilling platform drill pipe automatic drainage system.Described structure and working principle of land drilling rigs drill pipe racking equipment.Combined with China's actual production and R & D status,explore the design of the ZJ50D automatic drill pipe racking system.By design and simulation analysis the structure of the automatic drill pipe racking system to determine the specific structure of the main components with design and calculation.The main parts of the structural design include the supporting part,the rotary mast parts and the design of the cantilever part.
