| 摘要 | 脉象是手指切脉感知的脉搏形象，是中医对人体浅表动脉脉搏信息所做的形象描述和临床经验的概括。血压是心脏收缩时赋予血液的势能，表现为血管内血流对血管壁的侧压力，这种侧压力的变化会表现为脉搏的搏动。机体在不同的生理状态就会产生不同的脉象，对脉象特征信息的提取与分析能够反映人体的生理病理信息，对于促进中医脉诊客观化具有重要意义。 |
| 其他摘要 | Pulse conditions are the pulse image understood by the pulse-taking.It's the vivid description and the clinical experience summary of the China Medicine aiming at the pulse information of the human superficial parts.Blood pressure is the potential energy of the blood derived from the heart contraction,which is shown as the lateral pressure on the blood vessel wall performed by the blood flow in the blood vessels and the change of the lateral pressure will be reflected in the pulse beats.The body in different physiological states will have different pulse conditions.Therefore,the extraction and the analysis of the pulse characteristics can reflect physiological and pathological information of human body.It will have a great significance to promote the objection of the pulse diagnosis. |
