| 摘要 | 进入21世纪，随着计算机网络技术的发展与普及，传统的文件审批，已经不能满足现代化办公的要求，尤其是在大量文件中查询相关文件信息显得很艰难，对于信息的利用与统计更是困难，自动化文件管理系统因此应运而生。文件管理系统一般都是集文件的起草、编辑、审批、查阅于一体，提供电子格式的永久存储。从而使人们以最少的时间和最高的效率管理文件。将对提高企业的管理水平具有非常重要的意义。 |
| 其他摘要 | Entering the 21st century,with the development and popularization of computer network technology,the traditional document approval has been unable to meet the requirements of modern office,especially for querying the relevant file information in a large number of files becomes particularly difficult,the use and calculation of information become more difficult,Therefore,the document management system comes into being.Generally,the document management system is a collection of drafting,editing,approval and query which provides the permanent storage of electronic format.So it will meet the cost savings and improve development efficiency.The Document Management System can improve the management level of enterprise which has an important significance. |
