| 摘要 | 本课题深入分析了采用扭矩扳手对八角垫或椭圆垫密封的法兰螺栓预紧中发生密封失败原因，总结发现其中大部分是密封垫局部与圆周其它部位变形不一致所造成。得出采用扭矩法实际不能准确反映各螺栓的预紧力，由于个别螺栓预紧力过大，使密封垫产生翘曲变形。提出直接给出螺栓预紧过程的拉力来指导加载顺序及加载值的方法。开发设计了32路螺栓拉力检测的监视仪器。用USB2085数据采集系统及笔记本电脑组成了仪器的信号处理及显示环境，自行设计了以电阻应变片作为传感元件的桥路电路。开发了VB环境下的笔记本电脑屏幕操作显示界面。 |
| 其他摘要 | The subject in-depth analysis the reason that in the flange pre-tightening Torque wrench to octagon gasket or ellipse gasket seal and make seal failure,summary found that most of local of gasket and other parts of circumference has a different deformation.There have a conclusion that torque method have not accurately reflect the pre-tightening force of each bolt.because individual bolt has too pre-tightening to prone to deformation and warping.This method is that directly give the tension of pre-tightening process and use that guidance load order and loading value.Design the monitors is that 32 Bolt tension test.Use the data acquisition system of USB2085 and laptop make up the signal processing and display environment of monitors,self-designe the bridge road circuit use the strain gauge as sensor.Development the Operating display interface at VB environment. |
