| 摘要 | 本文基于疲劳设计理论，从工程应用角度出发，深入研究了U型切口中缺口参数对轴类零件疲劳寿命的影响问题。应用局部应力应变法基本原理，提出本文U型切口疲劳寿命计算模型，U 型切口中的切口过渡圆角半径和切口深度进行了详细分析和算例分析；利用Ansys11.0有限元分析软件建立U型切口轴的有限元计算模型，并研究在扭转载荷条件下，材料为优质中碳钢45的U型切口轴的缺口参数对疲劳裂纹萌生寿命的影响规律。 |
| 其他摘要 | Based on fatigue design theory,this thesis will make depth study of the U-shaped incision in the gap parameters on the fatigue life of shaft for engineering application.Application of local stress-strain law,this thesis proposes the notch fatigue life calculation model.the incision depth and radius is analyzed in detail in the example of the U-shaped incision;the finite element analysis software Ansys11.0 wasused to establish U -shaped incision shaft finite element model,and to study the U-notch parameters of the shaft of the high-quality carbon steel 45 for the law of the fatigue on the reverse loading condition. |
