摘要	科技企业孵化器作为专门的科技产业服务机构，在将科技资源迅速、高效地转变为社会生产力，培育科技中小企业成功创业和迅速成长、加速地区和国家产业结构调整、发展高新技术产业、改造传统产业、创造就业机会等方面已经显现出其独特的功能与潜力，正逐步成为各国政府推动经济持续发展的重要手段。在我国，企业孵化器的发展已经引起了理论界和产业界较为广泛的关注，而对其进行评价的指标体系研究也成为了理论界关注的焦点。论文较为系统地梳理和分析了我国科技企业孵化器的发展现状，重点从准备进入企业孵化器的待孵企业角度出发，提出了对我国科技企业孵化器评价的指标体系。然后运用层次分析法对这些指标进行分析，最后结合收集的兰州市科技企业孵化器的数据计算出得分。通过得分情况确定企业孵化器的排名情况，以帮助待孵企业正确选择适合自身发展的企业孵化器。
其他摘要	As the special technology industry service organization,technology business incubator appears its unique function and the potential,like:fastly and highly effective transforming the technical resources into the social productive forces;cultivating the small technical enterprises to success starts and undertake with the rapid growth;accelerating the adjustment in industrial structure of areas and countries;developing the high-tech industry,transforming the tradition industry,creating new employment opportunities.In these aspects it already appears its unique capabilities and the potential,it is now becoming the important method of all countries’government to impel the economy and continue to develop.
