摘要	设备是企业至关重要的生产要素和有形资产,也是衡量企业规模化发展能力与现代化管理水平的主要标志。设备管理与维护工作是实现安全、清洁、文明生产的前提和基础,是企业QEHS(质量、环境、职业健康和安全)管理体系的重要组成部分,是确保产品质量的有效保障,同时也是全面质量管理过程控制的必要手段之一。
其他摘要	Equipment is essential factors of production and physical assets,and it’s also a measure of the development of enterprise-scale management of capacity and modernization of the main signs.Equipment management and maintenance work is the prerequisite and basis for the production of safe,clean,civilized,and the important component of the QEHS (quality,environment,occupational health and safety) management system,is to ensure the effective protection of the quality of products,but also the process of total quality management,one of the necessary means to control. At present,the prevalence of corporate structure is irrational as a result of inventory caused by the backlog of inventory,waste of money,but inventory management is a very complex and difficult.Inventory management in the process,neither want to share too much liquidity,do not want a shortage of spare parts,affecting the timely repair of equipment;the damaged parts at the same time the law of the law and order.
