摘要	智能小区贵在集成，要集成就需要将小区中相关的机电设备和子系统之间数据通信按同一标准协议来进行，使这些系统具有开放性和互操作性。但智能小区中的自动化系统在与现场设备通信时，这些设备来自不同的制造商，遵循不同的通信标准，因此只能组成各自的控制系统与特定应用软件进行通讯，这种方式性价比不高，后期维护也很麻烦，尤其在远程监控方面实现起来更加困难。因此如何实现对整个小区内的设备进行自动化控制与管理，从而实现小区内机电设施的网络化集成已成为目前一个重要的研究方向。本文在对目前流行的主要集成技术OPC、LonWork和BACnet进行了深入的分析，并综合考虑了软硬件兼容性和扩展性等问题后，提出了采用BACnet技术来构建小区网络从而实现小区的智能集成系统的思路。
其他摘要	The Integration is the keystone of intellectualized community, it is necessary to integrate the corralation electrical and mechanical equipment and subsystems with the openness and interoperability, that is to say, these equipments and systems must be in accordance with the data communication protocol based on the same standard, but the intelligent community of the automation system communication with field devices, due to the existence of the scene in the production of a large number of controllers and on-site digital equipment from different manufacturers, follows different communication standards, it can only make up of each the controled composition of their software systems and application-specific communication . While some networks may realize the Internet protocol conversion, but the cost is high, the latter is also very troublesome to maintain. Especially, the aspect of remote monitoring and controling is more difficult to achieve together.
