摘要作为机械零部件三种主要失效形式之一,腐蚀问题直接关系到国民经济各个领域。鉴于此,本文依据质量百分因子(APF=4Cr/(2Mo+W))法,并参考现今先进耐蚀合金和本课题组先前的研究工作,设计了一种新的Ni基自熔性耐蚀合金粉末。用氧-乙炔火焰喷焊、等离子喷焊将自制的粉末热喷涂于低碳钢基体上制备出耐蚀合金涂层。从涂层质量、电化学腐蚀、高温氧化和热疲劳方面对涂层性能及其机理进行研究。
其他摘要Corrossion,as one of the three invalidation forms of the mechanical parts,is related to all the departments of the national economy.One new Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder has been designed according to the experienced anti-corrossive alloys and the work that our team done before,by the way of APF. The Performance of the coatings,which were made by spraying the alloy powder by the way of oxyacetylene flame and plasma transferred arc surfacing,was studied through the quality of the coatings,electrochemical corrosion,high temperature oxidation and thermal fatigue.
From the appearance of the coatings,the makeup phases,the quantity and distributing of the disfigurations,the fluctuation of the microhardness and the element diffusion of intergrated zone,we knew that,the coatings intergrated with the base metallurgically and the coating formed by plasma transferred arc surfacing was better than the one formed by oxyacetylene flame spraying.
