基于NaCl Beads制备的泡沫Al孔结构控制与表征

Abstract以淀粉、蒸馏水、NaCl粉末为原料,混合制成胶状盐团后70 ℃油浴加热,同时在机械搅拌剪切的作用下得到球形度较高的NaCl小球,然后经高温烧结获得粒径分布主要在0.4~2.4 mm,表面分布有少量微孔(孔径10~20 mum)且纯净度很高的NaCl小球。选用0.6~1.0 mm的盐球作为造孔剂,利用Autotap震动将铝粉填入盐床缝隙,再经200 MPa冷压成型后获得生坯,然后在蒸馏水中浸泡将盐球溶解去除,最后在460 ℃下烧结2 h得到结构可控且工艺重现性很高的三维连通开孔性泡沫铝,其相对密度与孔隙率分别为0.217和78.3%。泡沫铝胞洞之间的连通窗口数量平均在4~6个,窗口尺寸在120~200 mum之间;压缩载荷-位移曲线表明,泡沫铝在压缩变形过程中经历了弹性变形阶段-坪应力区-应力陡增阶段,表现出典型的泡沫金属压缩力学性能特点,其最大抗压强度与杨氏模量分别是2.42 MPa和0.38 GPa。
