Abstract提高硅溶胶型壳的强度,减薄型壳厚度,对于简化熔模铸造制壳工艺及降低成本具有重大的现实意义。针对型壳强度的影响因素,本实验通过添加有机粘结剂来改善型壳强度。试验结果表明:添加有机低温粘结剂能够加快硅溶胶型壳的干燥速度,改善硅溶胶型壳的干强度和烧结强度。其中alpha淀粉对型壳强度的提高影响最大,加入量为2%最为合适,干强度和烧结强度分别是未改性前的2倍、4.67倍。
