冷却速率对Zr-Co-AI-Y非晶合金热稳定性和耐蚀性能的影响

Abstract运用铜模吸铸法,制备了直径分别为2 mm、4 mm、6 mm的(Zr_(56)Co_(28)Al_(16))_(98)Y_2阶梯型非晶合金,运用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)表征试样的结构,运用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析其热力学行为并表征自由体积的大小,运用电化学工作站测试腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着冷却速率的降低,晶化温度T_x、过冷液相区宽度DeltaT_x、结构弛豫焓DeltaH_0和晶化放热焓DeltaH减小,热稳定性降低,并且在4 mm和6 mm试样非晶基体上有纳米晶的析出。而随着冷却速率的降低,非晶合金的耐蚀性提高。
