旁路耦合电弧法实现高效MIG焊及其过程和参数模型研究

Abstract利用旁路电弧与MIG主弧形成耦合电弧并产生相互作用。通过改变旁路电弧参数可以分别改变作用于熔滴和熔池上的力场分布和热输入,从而可以合理分配焊丝与母材热量,有效地降低大焊接电流时的电弧压力,在高效焊接时避免产生焊缝成型缺陷。该项目深入研究了几种不同类型旁路耦合电弧MIG焊电弧之间的相互作用规律、耦合电弧热源模型及稳定性条件;建立旁路耦合电弧MIG焊过程控制模型;不同旁路电弧参数下熔滴形成、长大和脱离过程的变化规律;建立各种参数条件下焊丝熔化与母材热输入热量合理分配的参数模型并设计和实现旁路耦合电弧高效MIG焊系统原型。在此基础上对汽车用薄板高速焊接和高熔敷率不锈钢堆焊质量控制两种典型应用进行焊接控制和工艺试验。依此形成的新技术可应用于汽车薄板的高效焊接、水利机械、压力和化工容器表面高效堆焊等领域,具有很高学术价值和良好的工程应用前景。
【英文摘要】Inthisresearch,anovelmultiarcweldingsystemhasbeendeveloped.Inthissystem,basemetalcurrentisreducedsignificantlybyaddingoneortwobypassarctotraditionalGMAWsystemwhilekeepingtotalweldingcurrentconstant.BypassarcandMIGmainarcformscouplingarc,andtheyhaveinteraction.Bychangingbypassarcparameter,theforcedistributionandheatinputofthedropletandmoltenpoolcanbechanged.Inthisway,theheatbetweentheweldingwireandbasemetalcanbeallocatedrationallyandthearcpressureinhighpowerweldlowereffectively.Thedefectinappearanceofweldcanbeavoidedinhighefficientweld.TheprojecthadstudiedtheinteractionallawofbypasscouplingarcandMIGarcindifferentkinds,theheatsourcepatternofcouplingarcandstabilityconditions;theprocesscontrolmodelofbypasscouplingarcMIGweld;thechangeruleofdroplet'sformation,growupanddetachmentwithdifferentbypassarcparameter;theparametermodeloftherationalheatallocationofthewiremeltandbasemetal'sheatinput,andthedesignandimplementationofthesystematicprototypeofefficientbypasscouplingarcMIGweld.Basedonthis,theweldingcontrolandweldingproceduretestcanbeperformedinthequalitycontrolofautomotivethinplate'shighspeedweldandhighdepositionefficiencystainlesssteelsurfacing.Thenewtechnologyfromedfromthisresearchcanbeappliedinthefieldsofautomotivethinplate'shighefficientweldandsurfacelayerweldingforhydraulicmechanismorpressuredandchemicalcontainer.Ithashighacademicvalueandgoodprospectsforapplication.
