基于压缩感知的机械振动信号检测理论及试验研究

Abstract机械振动信号传递与承载着机械设备工作过程中所蕴含的大量信息,在线监测与采集机械振动信号是机械工程领域,尤其是故障诊断和远程故障诊断技术中关键核心技术之一。本项目将压缩感知理论应用到机械振动信号的检测,以解决传统检测方法采样频率高、数据存储量大和传输困难等问题。在压缩感知理论框架下,首先建立典型机械振动信号的理论模型,研究机械振动信号的分解问题,实现其最稀疏表示;接着研究机械振动信号的确定性观测矩阵设计问题,以保证利用观测值以很高的概率精确重构信号;然后研究机械振动信号的重构方法,设计噪声情形下机械振动信号的自适应快速鲁棒重建算法,以保证稳定、计算复杂度较低、对观测数量要求较少来精确地恢复原信号;最后在上述研究基础上,建立基于压缩感知检测振动信号实验平台并进行试验研究。该研究属于交叉学科的基础性问题和研究前沿,对于振动信号的检测技术和发展故障诊断技术具有重要的理论意义和应用前景。【英文摘要】Mechanicalvibrationsignalscontainsalotofinformationoftheequipmentintheworkprocess,on-linemonitorandcollectionofmachineryvibrationsignalisakeytechnologyinmechanicalengineeringfield,especiallyinthefaultdiagnosisandremotefaultdiagnosistechnology.Inthisproject,compressedsensingtheoryisappliedtodetectionofmechanicalvibrationsignalandtherelatedtheoreticalandtechnicalproblemswillbesolved,tosolvehighsamplingfrequency,alargeamountofdatastorageandtransmissiondifficultiesoftraditionaldetectionmethods.Inthetheoryframeworkofcompressedsensing,wewillestablishtypicalmechanicalvibrationsignalmodelandstudymechanicalvibrationsignaldecompositionproblemtorealizethemostsparserepresentation;wewillstudymechanicalvibrationsignalsdetermineobservationmatrixdesigntheorytoensuretheuseofobservationvaluewithahighprobabilityofaccuratereconstruction;wewillstudymechanicalvibrationsignalreconstructiontheoryanddesignmechanicalvibrationsignaladaptiverobustandfastreconstructionalgorithmundernoise,inordertoensurestable,relativelylowcomputationalcomplexityandthenumberofobservationsrequiringlesspreciselytorestoretheoriginalsignal.Finally,onthebasisoftheabovestudy,wewillestablishexperimentalplatformofvibrationsignaldetectionbasedoncompressedsensingandresearchofexperimental.Thestudyistheinterdisciplinarybasicissuesandthecutting-edgeresearch,tothevibrationsignaldetectiontechnologyandthedevelopmentoffaultdiagnosissystemhastheimportanttheorysignificanceandapplicationprospects.
