Cf表面修饰强韧化AB3型IMC/Al2O3复合材料的强度稳定性及高温氧化行为

Abstract室温脆性大和高温强度低一直是金属间化合物高温结构材料实用化的关键障碍,室温韧化往往无法兼顾甚至降低其高温性能;高温增强又会损失韧性和引起脆化。本研究以Fe3Si、Ni3Si、Fe3Al、Ni3Al为研究对象,在制备Fe3Si/α-Al2O3等复合粉体基础上,利用热压烧结引入短Cf以及表面包覆Cu或Al2O3的短Cf,通过Cf与基体的弥散复合提高Fe3Si/α-Al2O3等复合体系微观组织的整体均匀性,以提高其室温强度稳定性和可靠性,同时提高其高温强度。通过研究复合体系中界面结构、微区性能、界面相及氧化失效行为等科学问题,明确碳纤维含量与复合材料强度稳定性关联规律、强韧化机理及氧化失效机制,使碳纤维含量在复合材料强韧化和高温氧化失效之间取得平衡,最终得到室温强度稳定、高温补强且抗氧化性能良好的金属间化合物基高温结构材料,为开发用于1000℃以上的新型金属基复合材料提供技术储备或打下基础。【英文摘要】Highbrittlement(lowreliability)atroom-temperatureandlowstrengthathigh-temperaturearekeyobstaclesforthepracticalapplicationofthestructuralintermetalicmaterialsatelevatedtemperature.Room-temperaturetougheningcannotimprove,sometimesdegrade,thehigh-temperaturepropertiesofthematerials.Ontheotherhand,high-temperaturestrengtheningwillcauseextraembrittlementandtoughnesslosing.Inordertoincreasetheroom-temperaturetoughnessandthehigh-temperaturestrengthofFe3Si,Ni3Si,Fe3AlandNi3Al,Carbonfiberand/orcarbonfibercoatedwithCuorAl2O3wasintroducedintotheFe3Si/α-Al2O3,Ni3Si/α-Al2O3,Fe3Al/α-Al2O3andNi3Al/α-Al2O3matraxbyhotpressingtoimprovethemicrostructureintegrityandhomogeneityandtoimprovethestrengthstablityandreliability,aswellasthehightemperaturestrength.Somescientificproblemssuchastheinterfacestructure,themicro-zoneproperties,theinterfacephasesandthehigh-temperaturebehaviorofthecompositeswillbestudiedtounderstandtherelationshipbetweenthevolumpercentageofcarbonfiberandthestrengthstabilityofthecomposites,andtounderstandthetougheningmechanismandhigh-temperatureoxidationmechanism.Thisstudyalsoaimsatbalancingtheroom-temperaturetougheningandhigh-temperaturefailurewithpropercarbonfibercontent,acquiringhigh-temperaturestructuralintermetallicmatrixcompositeswithexcelentroom-temperaturetoughness,high-temperaturestrengthandoxidationresistanceandlayingthefoundationorofferingthetechnicalreserveforthedevelementofnewmetalmatrixcompositsusedatover1000℃.
