摘要 | With the rapid development of economy, more and more attention has been paid to energy exhaustion and environmental protection. Passive building with the advantages of healthy, comfortable, energy-saving, and environment-friendly has come into being and gradually become the direction of the construction industry development. The definition, current state and standard system of passive building will be introduced in this paper. The life-cycle evaluation system of passive building is established from the following three perspectives: design, construction and after evaluation with the in-depth study and research on the methods and techniques of green building evaluation at home and abroad. One evaluation model of passive building is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and taken into a project example for empirical research. The aim is to provide thoughts for passive building evaluation, which is of great significance for evaluating the performance of passive building correctly as well as for its popularization and application in China. © ASCE. |
