摘要The HC injection system is used as a combustion aid injection device in the active regeneration process of a Diesel particulate filter ( hereinafter referred to as 'DPF'). The structure and working principle of the gas-liquid hybrid HC injection system and the non-hybrid HC injection system are analyzed, and the flow characteristics and atomization effects of these two HC injection systems are experimentally studied. According to the data analysis, the gas-liquid hybrid HC injection system has worse flow characteristics than the non-hybrid HC injection system, and the gas-liquid hybrid HC injection system has better atomization effect than the non-hybrid HC injection system. © 2019 IEEE.
