摘要 | The emergence of wisdom site has become a global phenomenon over the years as a consequence of rapid breakthrough of science and technology. According to the dominating features and practical requirements in the construction phase, wisdom site has been increasingly promoted as a vital approach for ensuring mega project success through the coordinated management of the dispensed execution of a program at the organizational level. Nevertheless, practicing it in construction projects is a continual improvement process that requires relevant tools. This paper introduces "Internet +" advanced technology represented by BIM, cloud computing, intelligent devices, and big data, expounds how to display the role of network organizations including the Internet, Internet of things, and sensor network by technical means such as artificial intelligence, sensor technology, VR, and 3D printing. With the tool, numerous parties can better utilize the management approach, and organizational effectiveness for delivering projects can be improved constantly, so as to realize the management goal of green, intelligent, low-carbon, and intensive construction project sites. © 2018 American Society of Civil Engineers. |
