摘要Output power of wind and PV generation units in micro-grid varies dramatically according to weather condition,which will cause voltage fluctuation of micro-resource and in turn lead to poor power quality of the micro-grid. To solve this problem, flywheel storage device on the AC side of the micro sources is studied.Furthermore, the improved fuzzy PID controller is proposed to suppress voltage fluctuation caused by random variation of wind speed and solar radiation. Simulation under Matlab/Simulink is fulfilled.The results validated the fastness and effectiveness of flywheel battery control strategy in the power quality improvement. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
