摘要 | With further promotion of the electric system reform, how to optimize and operate better, it is the important problem of the competitive power of improving the power plant. Operation of the aircrew of power plant optimizes application in the power plant of system many, but in practical application , because of the human factor , operate the system of optimizing and has not got very good implementation , have reliable basis in optimizing systematic adjustment to the more important thing is to operate personnel, influencing the result of optimizing directly. On this basis, this text proposes that the level of factory controls the optimization under the platform of information system (MAS ) and runs and combines with optimum management, optimize the systematic frame of aid decision of guiding optimum management of comprehensive assessment of the result, have offered the new thoughtcast for the thing that operate and optimize better implementation while solving the power system. © 2008 IET. |
