Aiming at the deficiency of foundation opposite force distribution hypothesis of the existed calculation model, a method, using bar system finite element, adopting the linear elastic Winkler model that can consider the interaction between the foundation beams and the soils, considering the torsional effects among beams and columns, is proposed to calculate the frame foundation beams with prestressed anchors used in reinforced slopes. An engineering example is calculated with the method, in which the distribution laws of the internal forces including bending moments and shear forces of frame beams and columns are analyzed, and the analytical results show that the torsional effects among beams and columns can be ignored in the internal forces calculation of frame. Moreover, the design benchmarks for horizontal beam and vertical column are propounded. Hence, when the calculating element selected is reasonable, it is feasible to disassemble the frame system into a series of independent beams whose internal forces are calculated according to the theory of continuous beam.
