摘要Based on analysis of subsidence, inclination, torsion and wall cracks of one-third part for a four-layer multistory masonry structure, without ring beams and concrete-block, the jack-up method with hoisting jack was successfully used for its rectification in two directions. The structure deformation coordination, an engineering concept designing method was used for rectification height design in view of the nature of the deformation of the before rectification implementation. With the nature of the structure and its cased 2.8m foundation depth, the jack-up position was set 400mm under windows of ground floor of the masonry building, as traditional position always set at bottom of ground ring beam. Thus the structure integrity was kept during rectification process and construction difficulty also decreased. Meanwhile, finite element software of ADINA was used for deformation coordination and stress distribution. And the successful accomplishment of the rectification scheme application for the building indicated that this kind of jack-up method with hoisting jack could be applied in rectification repairing construction of old and low integrity multistory masonry structures even without ring beams and concrete-block walls.
