Experimental study on coating protection of steel bar in magnesium oxychloride cement concrete in salt lake

摘要Based on "magnesium pollution" problems in the salt lake of the west, in combination with the practical environment of salt lake area, in the indoor environment, one group that the bare steel in test blocks of the magnesium oxychloride cement concrete was control group was adopted to study protective effect of different coating on steel bar in the magnesium oxychloride cement concrete. By CS350 electrochemical instrument, the electrochemical corrosion of steel bar in magnesium oxychloride cement concrete was systematically studied. Combined with the SEM, status of bare reinforced corrosion in magnesium cement concrete was described. The results show that the corrosion rate of steel bar with DACROMET coating is equal to 1/24-1/16 that of bare steel bar; that of steel bar with BNC coating is equal to 1/35-1/21; that of steel bar with GEOMET coating is equal to 1/318-1/79. The order from high to low about anticorrosion performance of reinforced coating is GEOMET coating, BNC coating, and DACROMET coating; the gap of anticorrosive effects of coating steel bar is very big, but it is obviously advantageous to the anticorrosion of steel bar. © 2018, Central South University Press.
