摘要 | Dimethylacetamide(DMAc) was used as solvent and porous poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV)porous membranes were prepared by nonsolvent induced phase separation. The effects of nonsolvent, polymer concentration, temperature and coagulation bath composition on the morphologies and performances of PHBV membranes were investigated. And PHBV membranes with different structures were obtained by controlling the phase behavior. The results show that liquid-liquid demixing takes place faster in PHBV/DMAc/H2O than PHBV/DMAc/ethanol at 45. PHBV membranes prepared in water bath exhibit sponge-like structure and finger-like structure as solvent and nonsolvent exchange quickly and liquid-liquid demixing happens immediately. While DMAc is introduced into water bath, the exchange rate of solvent and nonsolvent becomes slower and membranes with uniform sponge-like structure are obtained. © 2017, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
