摘要 | In view of the with wide application of spray painting robot with less practical electrostatic spray painting deposition model, we carried out static and dynamic spray painting experiments, and then measured the data of film thickness in the section across the center axis of oval painting film and the parallel sections. Based on the least square method, a curvilinear equation of quartic polynomial was used to fit the data, and it was found that high order coefficients of the polynomial were zero and the fitted curves of data on these parallel sections were similar. According to the results, a new painting film deposition distribution named as elliptic parabolic distribution model was proposed, and the model was modified in exponential form. Based on the modified model, numerical calculations of dynamic spray painting were implemented and compared with the spray painting experimental data. The results show that the modified elliptical parabolic distribution model is consistent with the experimental data. © 2018, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
