摘要 | To study the effect of blade profile on the hydraulic and rotational noise characteristics of a jet centrifugal pump(JCP) and improve the design level of JCP impeller, the high order Bezier curve was applied to the parametric control of the blade profile. The sensitivity analysis and screening of parameters were accomplished using the Plackett-Burman method. The central composite experiment design of 3 the most sensitive control variables was accomplished based on the response surface method. A multiple regression model between the blade profile and the efficiency, head, shaft power and rotational noise was established, and the mapping relationship between hydraulic and acoustic properties was confirmed. It is shown that the blade wrap angle, outlet angle, and inlet diameter have the most significant influences on hydraulic and acoustic performances. Smaller wrap angle, larger outlet angle and smaller inlet diameter are helpful to improve the hydraulic performances, and in the design space, the optimal parameter combination is wrap angle φ=52.5°, outlet angle β2=50°, inlet diameter Dj=14.5. It is helpful to improve the acoustic performances when the coding level of each control parameter is close to 0, and the optimal combination of parameters is wrap angle φ=76°, outlet angle β2=33°, inlet diameter Dj=18. The acoustic and hydraulic properties have the ability to approximate the Pareto solution in the sample space of the blade profile, and the Pareto front solution distributes along a downward convex curve. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
