摘要In order to solve the problem of cleaning dust on the surface of PV modules in water-deficient areas, a dry-type dust-removing brush for PV modules is proposed, which combines double-rolling brush cleaning and dusting, earth-moving mechanism with outer cover dust-collecting and induced draft fan completely absorbing dust. Firstly, the brush body structure is designed and shaped, and then the Fluent software is used to visually analyze the internal flow field of the brush body, and verify the feasibility of the double-rolling brush structure and the dust off device. Finally, the experimental platform is constructed for optimizing the operation parameters of the dry dusting brush for PV module and determining the best operation parameters. The dry dusting brush for PV module is moved by outside mobile carrier, and accomplishes the cleaning tasks of PV module surface without water or detergent. © 2018, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
