摘要 | The influence of nickel contents (5%, 15%, 25%, 35%, at%) on γ/γ' two-phase microstructure and γ' phase coarsening behavior of Co-8.8Al-9.8W based high temperature alloy at 1 000 for 5 h, 10 h, 15 h and 25 h was studied by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and image analysis method. The results show that the rapid growths of γ' phase and volume fraction of γ' phase decrease gradually with the increase of aging time. When Ni content is 5% and 15%, γ' phase completely dissolved at 10 h. When Ni content is 25% and 35%, the morphology of γ' phase shifted from initial cubic shape to irregular shape. Finally, it tend to be spherical, the size of γ' phase will also increase with the increase of aging time. The coarsening of γ' particles of the alloy follows LSW theory. The coarsening rate of 25Ni alloy is higher than that of 35Ni alloy. © 2018, Materials Review Magazine. All right reserved. |
