摘要 | Due to the dynamic environmental variations in the scheduling of ready-mixed concrete vehicles, the advance schedule should be adjusted to adapt to various dynamic factors. Through intelligent monitoring and the management technology of the internet of things, the effective monitoring of the operating conditions of concrete vehicles and mixing plant to reduce transportation accidents and improve timely post-accident recovery is possible. The authors studied the rescheduling characteristics of ready-mixed concrete vehicle fleet operations and proposed an internet of things-based rescheduling system for such vehicles. Based on the system structure and the analysis of the dynamic variations of random customer demand, it proposed a corresponding rescheduling strategy and a hybrid heuristic algorithm to optimize the rescheduling system for such vehicles. Simulation results proved the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the rescheduling strategy and hybrid heuristic algorithm when optimizing the rescheduling system of ready-mixed concrete vehicles.
