摘要 | Nanoporous Ni was prepared with the method of vacuum melting, rapidly quenching and dealloying. Microstructure of the samples was characterized by means of XRD, SEM and EDS. The mechanism of multi-hierarchical nanoporous size distributions and the influence factors of pore structure in dealloying process were studied. The results show that the master Ni30Al70 alloy with homogeneous and fine grains can be obtained by rapidly quenching. The novel multi-hierarchical nanoporous Ni is prepared by dealloying of the Ni30Al70 alloy in NaOH solution. The structure consists of the skeleton of 100-300 nm and honeycomb structure of porous size of 10 nm. Furthermore, the synergetic dealloying of NiAl3 and Ni2Al3 in the dual-phase Ni-Al alloys is very important for the formation of nanoporous Ni with a homogeneous structure. The optimal process parameters of the dealloying is at 65°C in a 25% sodium hydroxide solution. |
