Experiment investigation of bidirectional piezoelectric control device based on sweep sine shaking table test

摘要According to the configuration and mechanical characteristics of piezoelectric actuators, the bidirectional piezoelectric variable friction control device that can produce the control force in 2 orthogonal directions with the fail-safe ability was presented. The relationship between the control force and the input voltage for this control device is presented. The performance test of the control device was processed. The vibration control experiment of the structure with the control device based on the sweep sine shaking table was carried out. The experimental results show that the control device has stable mechanical properties, can quickly produce the semi-active control force, has the outstanding control efficiency, and has the satisfactory control efficiency when the piezoelectric actuator of this control is failed, which indicates the control has the fail-safe function.
