摘要 | The accuracy of the material is affected severely by roll eccentricity, the incoming thickness deviation and the other uncertainty disturbances in hydraulic automatic gauge control(AGC)system for mill.Linear quadratic gauss(LQG)optimal control algorithm is proposed for the mill thickness regulation to overcome the limitation that the traditional PID control has weak anti-interference ability.Meanwhile, Kalman filter is used for state estimation in order to improve the accuracy of feedback.Simulation results show that, compared with the traditional PID control, LQG control is characterized by less overshoot, more rapid tracking, stronger anti-interference ability, and is better for the mill gauge control. |
