摘要 | When segmented wire falls into the high voltage field, electrical explosion occurs through the gas discharge between the wire's ends and the electrodes. The massic energy deposited of the metal wire has an effect on the spraying and powder. In order to understand their relation between the variations of the initial charge voltage, length and diameter of the segmented wire and massic energy completely, the numerical simulation of electrical explosion was tested by establishing the air-gap of the segmented wire with the circuit model of explosion. The optimum air-gap that was suitable for simulating the actual electrical explosion was obtained. For different initial charge voltage, different lengths and diameters of wire were simulated and tested under the same electrode spacing. Results show that, as the initial charge voltage increases, the massic energy increases. As the length and diameter of wire decrease, the massic energy deposited of the metal wire can increase. |
