| 摘要 | 钢爪摩擦焊机作为大吨位、大扭矩的摩擦焊接机床，在焊接过程中，床身不仅要承受顶锻部件、主轴箱、导柱、电机等部件的重力，还要承受顶锻压力、摩擦压力及摩擦扭矩。而钢爪摩擦焊机床身作为机床的关键部件，其静动态特性直接影响钢爪摩擦焊机的焊接质量和工作寿命。因此，改善床身的静动态特性、减小床身的重量对降低床身振动、延长使用寿命、提高机床的焊接质量、减少成本具有重要意义。 |
| 其他摘要 | The steel-claw friction welding machine, acting as a friction welding machine with large-tonnage and high-torque, not only bears the weight of parts, such as upset forging parts, spindle boxes, guide posts and motors, but also withstands the top pressure, friction pressure and friction torque in the process of welding. The steel-jaw friction welding machine bed is a key part of the machine, and its static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the welding quality and working life of the friction welding machine. Therefore, it is of great significance for improving the welding quality, extending the service life, lowering the bed vibration, and reducing the costs of the machine tool to improve the static and dynamic characteristics and reduce the weight of the bed. |
