| 摘要 | 本文通过对国内部分有色金属冶炼厂目前使用的阳极板浇铸机进行分析，针对圆盘型及直线型浇铸机的特点，同时依据委托企业对设备性能及使用条件的要求，对两类设备进行类型选择，最终确定以直线型浇铸机为基本构型。由于该种直线型浇铸机存在一定缺陷，对企业的要求还存在一定的差距，因此根据设备缺陷及改进目标对该类设备进行改进设计研究，最终开发了新型镍阳极浇铸机。 |
| 其他摘要 | On the basis of the analysis of the the anode plate casting machine which is current used in some domestic non-ferrous metal smelting plant, according to the characteristics ofthetraditional disc type and linear type casting machine, andbased on enterprise performance of equipment and conditions of use requirements, selection for two types of equipment, eventually determine the basic configuration for linear casting machine, there are some defects on this kind of linear type casting machine, and has certain gap for the requirement of the enterprise, So according to equipment defect and improvement objectives to redesign the equipment research, finally developed a new nickel anode casting machine. |
