摘要	本论文结合智能电磁兼容检测系统上的多项应用创新和技术创新，采用SWOT分析方法分析项目的优势和劣势、外部机遇和威胁；用波特“五力模型”分析了电磁兼容行业的竞争态势；用营销STP战略进行营销策略分析；用资本资产定价模型（CAPM）来确定项目贴现率；用动态回收期法、净现值法、内部收益率法、现金流等指标来评估项目的投资和收益状况，为项目融资策划研究；采用单因素敏感性分析法来对项目风险进行定量分析，并提出风险的相关防范措施。最后提出项目的营销策略和项目计划实施日程。在上述分析论证的基础上，本商业计划书对智能型电磁兼容检测系统项目的可行性做了总结，认为该项目具有投资价值。
其他摘要	This paper combines with the project convener multiple applications in intelligent electromagnetic compatibility testing system innovation and technological innovation,using SWOT analysis method to analyze project's strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats;With porter "five model"analysis of the electromagnetic compatibility industry competition situation;Use marketing STP marketing strategy;Uses the capital asset pricing model(CAPM) to determine the discount rate;Using dynamic payback period,net present value,internal rate of return method and cash flow indexes to assess the project investment and earnings,for the study of the project financing plan;Using the single factor sensitivity analysis to quantitative analysis of investment risk,in order to have to guard against the risks.And then the paper proposes the project marketing measures and the whole business plan schedule.
