摘要	聚氨酯材料因其具有良好的隔热、耐磨、耐寒、耐溶剂以及尺寸稳定性等优点，广泛应用于建筑、涂料、汽车、鞋类、家电、纺织等行业。然而普通聚氨酯的极限氧指数值仅为16～18，属易燃材料，燃烧时伴有浓烟，聚氨酯的阻燃研究引起了材料界的广泛关注。本研究旨在制备磷元素杂化的具有本征阻燃性能的聚氨酯，同时对制备的聚氨酯的微观结构、阻燃性能和宏观机械性能进行了表征和测试。
其他摘要	Because of its good thermal insulation,abrasion resistant,cold resistant,solvent resistant and dimensional stability,etc.,polyurethane materials are widely used in construction,coating,automotive,footwear industry,home appliances,weave and other industries.However,the limiting oxygen index value of ordinary polyurethane only 16 to 18,it belongs to flammable material,accompanied by smoke when burned,retardant polyurethane caused widespread concern in the materials sector.This study aims to the preparation of phosphorus hybrid polyurethane having intrinsic flame retardant property,while the microstructure,flame retardant and macro-scopic mechanical property of the prepared polyurethane were characterized and tested.
