| 摘要 | 本文以AZ91D镁合金、A356和6061铝合金为研究对象，采用自孕育法制备了6061变形铝合金半固态浆料，对浆料制备过程中初生相的形核及长大进行了分析。对压铸圆盘件模具进行设计，并将自孕育法制浆与传统压铸方法结合起来，对上述合金进行流变压铸实验，研究了压铸参数对铸件成形性的影响、不同保温温度和保温时间下圆盘件的微观组织及在充型过程中典型缺陷的形成和防止方法。 |
| 其他摘要 | Magnesium alloy AZ91D,and aluminum alloy A356,6061 as the research materials are investigated in this thesis.The semi-solid slurry of 6061 aluminum was prepared by self-inoculation method,then analyzed the nucleation and growth of primary phase in the process of slurry preparation.Die casting mould was designed for rheological die casting experiment,combining SIM and traditional die casting method together.Next,the study was focused on the influence of die casting parameters on casting formability,the microstructure of casting under different holding temperature and holding time,and the formation of the typical defects in the process of filling and preventing methods. |
