摘要	径锻机四锤头液压伺服系统的同步特性是径向锻造技术中富有挑战的难题之一，也是实践中需要解决的问题之一。锤头液压伺服系统是提高锻造液压缸同步特性和锻件产品质量的关键设备，开展四锤头液压伺服系统的同步特性研究具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本文针对某径锻机高频次、高精度的要求，运用理论分析和数值计算相结合的研究方法，对一级先导缸定位系统同步误差的影响因素和二级作用力输出缸位置控制系统的动态特性进行了深入研究。
其他摘要	The synchronization characteristics of the four hammer hydraulic servo system is one of the challenging problems in radial forging machine,is also one of the problems need to be solved in practice.Hammer hydraulic servo system is the key equipment to improve the synchronization characteristics of the forging hydraulic cylinder and the quality of forgings,developing the research of the synchronization characteristics of the four hammer hydraulic servo system has important theoretical significance and practical application value.Aiming at the high frequency and high precision requirements of the radial forging machine,the influence factors of the synchronization error of the guide cylinder positioning system and the dynamic characteristics of the position control system of the secondary force cylinder had been studied deeply by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation.
