| 摘要 | 当归是著名的中药，素有“十方九归”之称，是甘肃省主要的地产药材之一，具有活血、调经止痛、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等重要的药理活性作用。当归中含有很多具有药理活性的成分，但是现有的当归活性成分的提取中，普遍存在着药材利用率不高，活性成分损失较大，收率低等缺陷。基于此，本论文设计从当归的内生菌中筛选具有产纤维素酶的菌株，分离鉴定，以期获得更具专属性的纤维素酶，并将其应用于当归的活性产物提取研究中。 |
| 其他摘要 | Radix Angelica sinensis(RAS),also known as Danggui in Chinese,is one of the most important traditional Chinese medicine.A.sinensis mainly are planted in Gansu province and have important pharmacological role including blood circulation,relieving pain,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation anti-inflammatory.Although many pharmacologically active ingredients were isolated from A.sinensis,there are still many obvious defects in the existing traditional extract active ingredient from A.sinensis,such as low utilization rate,bigger the active ingredient loss,low yield.and serious pollution to the environment from using organic solvents.Based on this,in this present paper,the separation and identification of the endophytes from A.sinensis was developed to obtain a more exclusive cellulase,which was further applied for extraction research of active ingredient. |
