摘要	车间调度问题的复杂性使得传统的常规方法已经很难或者无法解决，研究新的解决方法显得越来越重要。近年来，以借鉴自然现象形成的智能优化算法因其良好的性能而得到了广泛的应用。许多研究者将精力集中在研究高性能的优化算法以及将算法用于求解现实中的实际问题上。Shuffled Complex Evolution（SCE）算法是一种较新的群体智能优化算法，具有很强的空间搜索能力，在解决大规模复杂问题时求解效率高、速度快。
其他摘要	With the development of society,there are more and more large-scale complex problems which can not be solved by traditional methods in our lives.How to find an effective optimization algorithm is an emergent thing for researchers.Recently,the intelligent algorithms with better performance which draw the idea from the nature are widely used;most researchers focus their energy in finding excellent algorithms and use them to solve the realistic problems.Shuffled complex evolution is a newly intelligent algorithm and widely used in practical because of its strong ability of searching in the space.It can solve the problems with the property of nonlinearity,no convex and multimodality.
