摘要	现代液压领域之中如何进一步提升螺纹插装式平衡阀和平衡回路的性能是今后重中之重的研究项目。针对这些研究项目，尤其是工程机械中常见的油缸负重下降时振动和平衡回路效率性能差等情况，本文将通过基于SUN公司的CBEG-LCN型标准螺纹插装式平衡阀对其进行理论分析、动态特性分析和内流场的数值模拟，准确找出影响螺纹插装式平衡阀性能及振动性的主要结构参数并分析了其原因。在解决螺纹插装式平衡回路各种不稳定的因素的同时，提出具有理论指导和实际应用价值的观点、研究成果及结论。
其他摘要	The hydraulic industry one of the key issues is how to improve the performance of the screw-balancing valve and balancing loop. In response to these issues, especially from the existing cylinder load drops vibration phenomena and balanced loop performance is poor start by the standard screw-balancing valve SUN CBEG-LCN-based theoretical analysis, dynamic characteristics analysis and numerical simulation of the flow field in which structural parameters that affect the balancing valve performance and vibration main reason. at the same time solve the balanced circuit weight decreased unstable obtained theoretical guidance and practical value of the research results and conclusions.
