摘要	在冶金、化工等行业的生产过程中，配料是十分重要也不可缺少的环节，配料的精确与否对产品的质量有着重要的影响。控制系统的性能是保证配料过程中称重准确性和可靠性的关键。本文结合青海天健硅业有限公司的硅铁配料项目，就实现配料控制系统的自动化关键技术进行了深入分析和研究。
其他摘要	In the production of the metallurgy and chemical industry,the section of ingredients is very important and can not be ignored,because the accuracy of ingredients has an important influence on the quality of the product. The performance of the control system is a key to ensure the accuracy and the reliability of weighing and batching process.In this paper, the key of realizing the automatic batching control system is analysed and researched.Combining with the project of ferrosilicon batching of the TianJian silicon industry Co.Ltd.
